With my 5feet height and 60kilos weight i am obese ;( I have been wanting to lose weight but no effect. Tried after 6 no solid food but water no result. ;( But i must not lose hope. Yesterday i started with my one week diet. For my first day i only had fruits except bananas. So for breakfast i had watermelon, melon, and mango. For lunch i had watermelon and melon. for merienda i had 1/4 kilo of lanzones and an apple. then for dinner i had mixed fruits with milk in organic market. the whole day i consumed about 10 glasses of water. it's a must!
it feels good to have control and disciplined myself even though my housemate has been really eating real food in front of me, i was able to hold myself pick a bit of it. hurray! instead of thinking food, i busied myself reading Why We Want You To Be Rich by Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki until my eyes told me it's time for bed.
Day One = SUCCESS! =)
